The Club was established in 2012 with only a few members and has grown to between 90-100 Members over the past year. We cater for and encourage all abilities to consider joining us to improve their fitness in either all 3 disciplines of Triathlon or simply whatever one they enjoy most.
We have a team of Coaches who are on hand to provide a range of training sessions and offer individual support and advice to members to improve their personal fitness and help them achieve their goals.
Whether your aim is to lose weight, try a new sport, do your first Novice or train for an Ironman, the Club will help you prepare by providing appropriate training opportunities for you to build on.
Do not worry if you think you won’t be fit enough, too old or too young. You won’t be, as we are inclusive to everyone.
